Pancakes

I was introduced to a new recipe this past fall and I have used it so many times I decided I needed to share it. This recipe starts with whole wheat grain so it is really good for you since the fresh ground wheat hasn't had most of its' nutrition degraded by sitting around on the shelf.

Blender Wheat Pancakes

In blender add:
1 c whole wheat grain
1 c milk

Blend on high for 5 minutes.

Add:
2 eggs
2 t baking powder
2T sugar OR honey
1/2t salt
2T oil

Blend until all mixed together and then cook like a regular pancake.

Okay, now go try it! What else are you going to do with all that wheat? :)
